New jobs density estimates for 2008 were released at 09.30 on Wednesday 12 May 2010.
The jobs density estimates are available in local authority profiles or from wizard/advanced queries in the jobs density dataset under the Employee Job Estimates/Jobs Density theme.
Background
Jobs density is defined as the number of jobs in an area divided by the resident working-age population of that area.
