I download data on a regular basis and in particular prepare a monthly bulletin on local authority unemployment within our county. I have created livelinks so that the download can still take place if I am not in the office (holidays, sickness etc). I've also created my own queries for regularly downloaded data.

Why is it that despite specifying the layout that I want (i.e. the row and column layout) this is never preserved? This is very annoying and makes it very hard for others to take over the work if necessary.
