Hi,

When NOMIS returns claimant counts by Jobcentre it does so by 5 digit office codes i.e. 08-783 for Guisborough Jobcentre. I am addressing a potential anomally and to help me with this I'd like to confirm a couple of (very simple!) things.

1) Am I right in thinking that the JSAPs office code registered for any given customer is the key to where they are counted (i.e. not where they sign, or their LMS record or some such)

2) Am I also correct in assuming that a mismatched office code would therefore result in a miss-count for the customer or rather miss-allocation of the customer to some other office's claimant count (the only fix being to ensure the records are correctly transferred?).

3) Are you aware, in general, of the extent of such anomalies?
