Customers wishing to repackage and/or redistribute National Statistics material in their own products or services and allow their customers to use such material should contact hmsolicensing@cabinet-office.x.gsi.gov.uk with details of their request.

National Statistics products incorporate safeguards against possible identification of any particular person, household or business. You shall not use products to attempt to obtain or derive information relating specifically to an identified person, household or business, nor claim to have obtained or derived such information.

Annual Business Inquiry (and former Annual Employment Survey / Census of Employment) data are subject to further confidentiality restrictions. Where figures are marked as confidential, you must not pass them onto a third party (ie, appear in a paper/report/thesis or passed verbally to anyone not named on your Notice).
