Where can I find the detailed information on the 2003 SIC?

I am looking for info on the 2003 Standard Industrial Classification and what activities are included in each category, do you have a guide to these?

You can find the SIC reference on the National Statistics web site:

http://www.ons.gov.uk/ons/guide-method/classifications/current-standard-classifications/standard-industrial-classification/sic-2007-weighted-tables.xls

Hope this helps.

Volume 1 of the SIC 2003 manual contains this information and can be downloaded from:

http://www.ons.gov.uk/ons/guide-method/classifications/current-standard-classifications/standard-industrial-classification/index.html

(click on the link "UK Standard Industrial Classification of Economic Activities 2003")
